We all worry in some ways. Many of us have big worries, others of us have smaller worries.

Many of us work to get rid of worry by over drinking, overeating, please pleasing, or avoiding. This only keeps the cycle of worry in play.

On the other side of worry is some really important information that you are going to want to access if your are planning to create the life you really want.

Instead of managing worry, we need skills to locate how worry is servicing us.

Worry is an emotion that invites examination. When we wake up to worry, we can awaken a part of us that is starving to become more fully expresses, seen, and unleashed.
